Taxes: Taxes apply to non wholesale clients and clients without a business license.

1. Place a sample order and indicate that you are interested in wholesale hair in the comments box. 

You will receive your sample in 3-5 business days if you are in the United States and 10 days internationally. 

2. READ ALL SALES INFORMATION and turn in all required documents.

Machine Weft

All machine Weft items may take an additional two to four business days for weft if the item is Low or out of stock. You will be notified at the time of purchase if the item is out of stock. If you would like to see a sample of our weft, please place an order online. We machine weft hair and can make samples for large orders. To ensure quality of our hair meets your hair standards hair please order a free sample pack. Sample Pack Contains: 1 Curly Machine Weft Strand, 1 Wavy Machine Weft Strand, 1 Straight and 1 Machine

Package includes:

Cargo (Inventory), Document Invoice, Payment Receipt, Packing Slip

Payment Information: Due to the nature of our business, and for security reasons, we only accept Money Gram, Bank Transfer or Western Union as a method of payment for online orders we also accept cash in person. No checks or money orders. We recommend all clients make a small purchase to ensure that the product meets your standards.

International Orders:

WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY. We use UPS International shipping to ship outside of the United States.

Back Orders and Turn around Time:

If your order is placed on a back order, you will be notified before and after the time of payment.

Back orders typically take two to ten but at the most fifteen business days to ship. You also have the option of canceling your order or proceeding.

We will not process your order until we receive your decision. You will be notified via e-mail if your order is on back order. Once your order has been processed, you cannot cancel your order.

Unless specified differently by management, all orders are processed the following business day after clearance of payment.

Payment Options:

Money Transfer, Bank Wire, Cash, Money Gram, Western Union.

Example: Pay pal Method: If you paid your invoice on the 14th, and your payment clears on the 18th, your order will be processed on the 19th.

Bank Wire/ TT: If you wired the find on the 14th and the arrive the 14th, we will begin processing your order on the 15th.

Money Gram- Bank Wire/ TT: If you wired the find on the 14th and the arrive the 14th, we will begin processing your order on the 15th.

Delays:

All hairs must be fumigated prior to entering the United States

Fumigation Delay-2 Days

Customs Clearance Delay 2-5 Business Days

Time in transit 2 Business days

Wefting, Cleaning and Prepping- 2-3 Business Days

Returns and Exchanges:

Due to the nature of this business, we cannot accept returns on wholesale merchandise unless damaged or incorrect. We will only Exchange incorrect hairs, if you need a sample please order a free one online. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 5 Business days of receipt. Sorry No Refunds, only exchanges.

Restocking Fee: 15%

Custom Orders:

All custom orders vary; the time it takes to manufacture your product depends on your order size, the item stock, and your order position. A custom order is defined as an order that has more than one specification, requirement or special manufacturing. All requirements will be handled prior to payment. There is an additional charge for custom orders.

If we are not notified within 5 business days, we can no longer exchange your merchandise.
