Please read Terms and conditions 1-8 prior to placing your order.
1. Easy and Open Exchange Policy
Please contact us prior to placing an order to ensure that you receive
exactly what you are searching for. If you need something shipped for a
specific date, you must contact us to see if we can make your deadline.
Items in stock do not always ship immediately. Please contact us via e-mail
at orders@lavirginhairimports.com or by calling 323-448-0195. If you need
express shipping, please do not place your order until speaking with us.
2. Shipping Information
L.A Virgin Hair Imports uses the United States postal service as their
primary shipping company
Orders Ship after 3pm pacific standard time from Los Angeles, Ca. Orders may
take anywhere from 3 business days to 10 business days to ship.

Overnight Shipping (FEDEX)(DHL)(UPS)
International Orders WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY. We use USPS International
shipping to ship outside of the United States. Additional Payment may be
requested.
Back Orders and Turn around Time
If your order is placed on a back order, you will be notified before and
after the time of payment. Back orders typically take two to ten but at the
most fifteen business days to ship. You also have the option of canceling
your order or proceeding. We will not process your order until we receive
your decision. You will be notified via e-mail if your order is on back
order. Once your order has been processed, you cannot cancel your order.
Unless specified differently by management, all orders are processed the
following business day after clearance of payment.

Best Way Shipping time - 2-10 Business days After your order
is ready. Best way shipping is the cheapest and slowest method for receiving
an order. It can take anywhere from 2-10 business days to receive an order.
Express Shipping Information
When you pay for express shipping, it simply means your order will ship the
method you have selected when the order is ready. If you need an shipped
much sooner than our standard processing time, please contact us so that we
can make the proper arrangements.
Your order need to be process for at least 24 hours so that the funds can
clear from your credit card. If you would like express shipping on your
order, please call 323-448-0195 and talk to a customer service
representative. We need to make sure that your order is in stock and
available before processing your order. Please do not place an order if you
have questions or need express shipping prior to speaking with us.
3. Returns/ Exchanges
Returns and Exchanges Due to the nature of this business, we cannot accept
returns on wholesale merchandise unless incorrect. We will only Exchange
incorrect hairs, if you need a sample please order a free one online. If
you received a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 5
Business days of receipt. Sorry No Refunds, only exchanges.
Restocking Fee: 15%
If you are returning an item, please fill our this form and we will contact
you with additional return instructions.

4. HAIR APPOINTMENTS
If you have a hair appointment, we recommend placing your order 1-2 weeks in
advance.
5. Fraud
Although the majority of our customers are genuinely honest people, there
are cases of unauthorized credit card usage. Because of the overwhelming
amount of fraudulent activity on the internet, all of our customer orders
are subject to a manual anti fraud check. This verification is aimed at
enabling secure shopping online for all of our customers. This procedure
will last no longer than 15 Minutes and does involve phone verification.
Every customer is required to provide a valid contact number for
verification purposes. Also, under some circumstances, the billing
representative does have the right to postpone an order until future
verification is received. We take fraud very seriously, if you are caught
placing a fraudulent order, we reserve the right to forward all information
to the local authorities and federal departments.

1. Place a sample order and indicate that you are interested in wholesale
hair in the comments box. You will receive your sample in 3-5 business days
if you are in the United States and 10 days International.
2. READ ALL SALES INFORMATION and turn in all required documents. You are
not required to fill out a wholesale application for retail orders. If you

Our 100% Remy pre-tipped keratin infusion hair extensions are made using
high quality keratin glue. We make various keratin pre-bonded hair
extensions in various styles; Shoe lace type, flat type, U-Shape in 16 to 32
inches. All retail hairs are priced per pack. Each pack contains 4 ounces of
hair.Machine Wefts Wholesale Wefted hairs and custom items are made at the
time of purchase.
All machine Weft items may take an additional two to four business days for
Wefting if the item is low or out of stock. You will be notified at the time
of purchase if the item is out of stock. If you would like to see a sample
of our weft, please place an order online. We machine weft hair and can make
samples for large orders.
To ensure quality of our hair meets your hair standards hair please order a
free sample pack. Sample Pack Contains: 1 Curly Machine Weft Strand, 1 Wavy
Machine Weft Strand, 1 Straight and 1 Machine Weft Strand of hair.

Payment Information
Due to the nature of
our business, and for security reasons, we only accept google, visa,
MasterCard, Money Gram, Bank Transfer or Western Union as a method of
payment for online orders we also accept cash in person. No checks or money
orders.

Custom Orders
All custom orders vary; the time it
takes to manufacture your product depends on your order size, the item
stock, and your order position. A custom order is defined as an order that
has more than one specification, requirement or special manufacturing. All
requirements will be handled prior to payment. There is an additional charge
for custom orders.
If we are not notified within 5 business days, we can no longer exchange
your merchandise.
